    摘要:

    科创走廊作为区域创新发展新形式,对创新要素的集聚以及区域创新网络的构建起到重要作用。目前,科创走廊的建设正成为我国各地域探索创新实践与区域治理的战略重点。然而,科创走廊的内涵与边界尚待明确,需要对此进行思考。本研究在横向比对区域创新发展形式的前提下,思考了科创走廊的本质内涵,认为科创走廊是将创新过程贯彻完整的特殊区域创新发展模式。本研究进一步分析国内外科创走廊实例,结合知识视角,认为科创走廊内部参与创新活动的组织所在地理空间为科创走廊实体边界,创新活动为虚拟边界,科技创新为发展导向。本研究为企划建设以及正在建设科创走廊的区域提供了理念指导,促使其高效率、高资源利用率、高效益发展。

    Abstract:

    As new form of regional innovation development, science and technology innovation corridor plays an important role in the aggregation of innovation elements and the construction of regional innovation network. At present, the construct of science and technology innovation corridor is becoming the strategic focus of regional exploration and innovation practice and regional governance in China. However, the connotation and boundary of science and technology innovation corridor are still to be clarified, and its basic concept and boundary scope need to be considered. Under the premise of horizontal comparison of different forms of regional innovation and development, this paper considers the essential connotation of science and technology innovation corridor, and considers that it is a special regional innovation and development mode that carries out the innovation process completely. This study further analyzes the cases of science innovation corridors at home and abroad, and determines the boundaries of science and technology innovation corridors from the perspective of knowledge. It is believed that the geographic space of organizations participating in innovation activities in science and technology innovation corridors is the physical boundary, innovation activities are the virtual boundary, and science and technology innovation is the development orientation. This study provides the concept guidance for the planning and construction of science and technology innovation corridor, and promotes its high-efficiency, high-resource utilization and high-benefit development.
