本文测算了中部六省绿色竞争力综合指数,并运用系统GMM与FGLS回归模型分析环境规制对绿色竞争力的影响机制。研究表明:(1)中部六省2008~2017年绿色竞争力整体上有所上升;时序均值得分情况是湖北>江西>安徽>湖南>山西>河南;2017年子系统得分情况是资源环境承载力>经济增长绿化度>政府政策支持度。(2)环境规制与绿色竞争力存在 “倒U型”曲线关系,目前中部六省处在拐点的左侧,增加环境规制强度有利于绿色竞争力的提升。(3)科技创新对绿色竞争力的提高有负向影响,环境规制能够间接通过科技创新对绿色竞争力的提高产生显著的正向影响。本文揭示了环境规制对绿色竞争力的影响机制,并为中部六省绿色竞争力的提升提供政策建议。

This paper calculates the comprehensive index of green competitiveness of six provinces in central China, and uses the regression model of system GMM and FGLS to analyze the influence mechanism of environmental regulations on green competitiveness. The research shows that: (1) The green competitiveness of the six central provinces has risen overall from 2008 to 2017; the average time series is Hubei Province>Jiangxi Province>Anhui Province>Hunan Province>Shanxi Province>Henan Province; subsystem score in 2017 is the carrying capacity of resources and environment> the degree of economic growth and greening> the degree of government policy support. (2) There is an "inverted U-shaped" curve between environmental regulations and green competitiveness. At present, the six central provinces are on the left side of the turning point. Increasing the intensity of environmental regulations is conducive to the improvement of green competitiveness. (3) Technological innovation has a negative impact on the improvement of green competitiveness, and environmental regulations can indirectly have a significant positive effect on the improvement of green competitiveness through technological innovation. This article reveals the impact mechanism of environmental regulations on green competitiveness, and provides policy recommendations for the improvement of green competitiveness in the six central provinces.
