Abstract:Scientific evaluation of the transformation efficiency of regional scientific and technological achievements plays a positive role in promoting the development of regional high-tech industries and driving economic growth. This paper uses the three-stage DEA-Windows model to eliminate the impact of environmental factors and random interference on the conversion efficiency, and calculates the conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in 16 prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province from 2014 to 2019. The study found that factors such as government financial support, the number of R&D enterprises in the region, total GDP, the number of colleges and universities, and the actual use of foreign capital all have a significant impact on the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
