Abstract:From the perspective of transaction cost theory, biomedical incubators not only help to achieve innovative resource sharing and reduce market transaction costs, but also produce relatively high information costs, coordination costs and supervision costs in the process of operation and development. Divided into two stages of incubation and in incubation, this paper analyzes and puts forward the causes of the operation cost of biomedical incubators in China, mainly including insufficient information sharing, imperfect operation mechanism and imperfect supervision system. Combined with the case analysis of Johnson & Johnson JLabs biomedical incubator in the United States, this paper aims to reduce the operation cost of biomedical incubators in China from the perspective of transaction cost Improve the incubation ability, and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the construction of information sharing, formulating and perfecting the operation mechanism and constructing and perfecting the supervision system.
