传统企业战略分析范式遭遇管理新现实而渐于失范,管理实践呼唤新的企业战略分析框架。在反思数据时代传统企业战略分析范式不足基础上,从产业生态网络定位和企业数字化能力两个维度构建企业战略分析的P&D框架,以期为企业战略分析贡献一个契合数据时代特征的、可操作的分析框架。

The traditional business strategy analysis paradigm encounters new management realities and gradually become anomie in business strategy analysis. Management practice calls for a new business strategy analysis framework. On the basis of the rethinking on the insufficiency of traditional business strategic analysis paradigm in the age of data, we construct a P D framework from two dimensions as positioning in industrial ecological network and business digital capabilities. We try to provide an operational strategy analysis framework which fits the characteristics of the data era.
