Abstract:With the development of the strategy of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay area(GBA)and the formation of the strategic positioning of "highland of TCM" for GBA,the Chinese Material Medica(CMM) industry in the Pearl River Delta(PRD) is facing an dilemma of transformation and upgrading, which one of the keys to solve is to master the resource status of common key technologies of CMM industry in PRD. Based on the patent data, this study takes the extraction and separation technology of CMM as the research target. A patent resource evaluation system for extraction and separation technology by entropy method will be constructed, which will be used to evaluate the resource distribution of patent of CMM extraction and separation technology in PRD with publication date from 2016 to 2018. The resource distribution of the PRD, and to clarify the resource characteristics of each city had also been produced. According to the results, the paper puts forward the innovation path suggestions for CMM common key technologies, which solve the problem upgrading of CMM industry in PRD.
