相比传统孵化载体,平台企业主导型创业生态系统孵化成效显著,基于主体间耦合关系推动的系统整体有效性是其“生态性”的本质体现,也是赋能战略得以实现的基础。本文基于耦合视角,探讨了平台企业主导型创业生态系统对创业企业赋能的机理,实证检验了耦合的三个维度对创业企业绩效的影响,以及平台正式治理对耦合与创业绩效关系的调节效应。研究结果表明,平台企业主导型创业生态系统内,创业企业与其他主体间的文化价值耦合、互补性资产耦合、物理系统耦合均对创业企业绩效有积极影响,平台正式治理对耦合与创业绩效的关系具有促进作用。

Compared with the traditional incubators, the entrepreneurial ecosystems oriented by platform enterprises have achieved remarkable results. The overall effectiveness of the system driven by the coupling relationship between actors is the essential embodiment of its "ecology", and the basis for its empowerment strategy. Based on coupling perspective, this paper explored the empowerment mechanism of entrepreneurial ecosystem oriented by platform enterprises, and empirically tested the impact of coupling on the new venture performance, as well as the moderating effect of platform formal governance on the relationship between coupling and new venture performance. The empirical test supported the hypotheses that all three dimensions of coupling (the coupling of the cultural value, the coupling of the complementary asset, and the coupling of the physical system) have positive effects on the venture performance, the findings also showed that platform formal governance strengthen the positive relationship between coupling and the venture performance.
