为研究如何提高集群企业的研发投入和创新绩效,建立龙头带动型集群中领导企业和追随企业的两阶段博弈模型。重点探讨研发模式、技术溢出和研发难度对产业集群中企业的研发投入、利润以及社会福利的影响。研究结果发现:(1)研发竞争、低技术溢出和低研发难度有助于提高集群整体研发投入水平;而研发协调、高技术溢出、低研发难度有助于提高集群总利润和社会福利。(2)领导企业研发投入对追随企业的研发投入、产量和利润的影响与技术溢出有关,而追随企业研发投入将对领导企业研发投入、产量和利润产生负向影响。(3)领导企业倾向于研发协调和低技术溢出,追随企业倾向于研发竞争和高技术溢出,因此需要通过政府等外界部门干预才有可能实现集群总利润和社会福利的最大化。

In order to study how to improve the R&D investment and innovation performance of cluster enterprises, a two-stage game model between leading enterprises and following enterprises is established.The paper focuses on the impact of R&D mode, technology spillover and R&D difficulty on R&D investment, profit and social welfare. The results show that: (1)R&D competition, low technology spillover and low R&D difficulty can help to improve the total R&D investment of cluster. R&D coordination, high technology spillover and low R&D difficulty are helpful to improve the total profit and social welfare of cluster. (2) The impact of R&D investment of leading enterprises on following enterprises’s R&D investment, output and profit is related to technology spillover, but the R&D investment of following enterprise will have negative influence on the R&D investment, output and profit of leadin’g enterprises. (3)Leading enterprises tend to R&D coordination and low technology spillover, while following enterprise tend to R&D competition and high technology spillover.Therefore, if we want to maximize the total profit and social welfare of the cluster, government intervention and other methods are necessary.
