数字金融能够促进工业经济绿色转型发展吗？ ——基于规模以上工业企业数据经验分析

摘要：数字金融如何促进工业经济绿色转型？本文运用北京大学数字普惠金融指数与2011-2018年省级面板数据对数字金融影响工业经济绿色转型的作用效果、作用机制等进行了理论分析与实证检验。研究结果表明，数字金融显著促进了工业经济绿色转型，同时，无论是数字金融综合指数层面还是覆盖率指数、使用深度指数以及数字化程度指数层面，都具有显著的促进作用。机制分析表明，数字金融促进工业经济绿色转型主要通过提高工业绿色技术研发能力和水平、提高工业企业经营绩效等途径机制予以实现。进一步研究表明，一方面数字金融通过提高工业企业融资效率进而提高其绿色技术研发能力和水平，从而促进工业经济绿色转型；另一方面数字金融通过提高工业企业创新创业进而提高其经营绩效水平，从而促进工业经济绿色转型。

Abstract: how does digital finance promote the green transformation of industrial economy? This paper uses Peking University Digital inclusive finance index and 2011-2018 provincial panel data to analyze the effect and mechanism of digital Finance on the green transformation of industrial economy. The results show that digital finance has significantly promoted the green transformation of industrial economy. At the same time, it has a significant role in promoting the level of digital finance composite index, coverage index, use depth index and digital degree index. Mechanism analysis shows that digital finance promotes the green transformation of industrial economy mainly through improving the ability and level of industrial green technology research and development, and improving the operating performance of industrial enterprises. Further research shows that, on the one hand, digital finance promotes the green transformation of industrial economy by improving the financing efficiency of industrial enterprises and then improving their green technology R & D ability and level; On the other hand, digital finance can promote the green transformation of industrial economy by improving the level of innovation and Entrepreneurship of industrial enterprises and improving their business performance.
