摘要:

分析高校技术转移转化体系的发展现状，剖析高校开展技术转移转化工作面临的机制体制障碍。研究基于“三螺旋”理论高校技术转移转化体系建设的战略定位、发展思路及实现路径，构建高校技术转移转化体系协同创新模型，完善高校技术转移生态体系，打通高校技术转移生态链条。提出地方高校技术转移体系发展对策，为提升高校技术转移效率，推动科技创新，促进科技成果转化提供有益参考。

Abstract：Institutional obstacles of the universities technology transfer system were revealed by analyzing the development of the university technology transfer system. The strategic position, development ideas and realization path of university technology transfer system under construction of high-level universities were researched. A series of development strategies for universities technology transfer system construction were proposed, for instance, constructing collaborative innovation model of university technology transfer and transformation system, improving the ecological system for technology transfer, Opening up the ecological transformation chain of university technology transfer, which could improve the university technology transfer efficiency, promote the scientific and technological innovation, facilitate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
