Abstract:It analyzes the evolution dynamic mechanism of China's biomedical industry innovation cluster, so as to provide decision-making basis for promoting the innovation ability of China's biomedical industry. It analyzes the four complex adaptive system characteristics and three dynamics of biomedical industry innovation clusters, including aggregation, non-linear, flow, diversity, identification, internal model and building blocks. On this basis, the echo model of the formation mechanism of biomedicine innovation cluster is established. The repeated static game under incomplete information is used to analyze the interaction of subjects, and the emergence model is used to analyze the emergence mechanism of the system. Biomedical industry innovation cluster is a complex adaptive system with all its characteristics; The subjects of cluster can realize interactive learning and adaptively adjust their own behavior through flow space network; Through interactive learning, the subject has the possibility of cooperative innovation with other subject, but whether the policy decision depends on the result of competition and cooperation game among subjects; Emergence promotes the evolution of innovation clusters. Emergence includes the emergence of knowledge and innovation networks. Through the emergence, new and better system functions and structures are generated to realize the sustainable development of biomedical industry innovation clusters.
