总结分析河南省人民医院2016年—2020年近5年医学科技创新实践做法及面临的挑战。医院通过加大科研投入、鼓励科技创新，引育高层次人才、加强梯队建设，加强平台建设、增强创新保障，以及深化科研合作、加强学术交流，在医学科技创新发展上取得良好进展，但仍存在低水平重复性研究、高层次人才不足、缺乏国家级科研平台及学术影响力有待提升等问题。提出持续加大研发投入、靶向培育高层次人才、培育国家级科研平台、提升学术影响力等对策建议，以促进医院医学科技创新高质量发展。

Abstract:

This article summarizes and analyzes the practice and challenges of medical science and technology innovation in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from 2016 to 2020. In order to promote the progress in medical science and technology innovation, the hospital increased scitific investment, cultivated high-level talents and strengthened echelon construction, built platforms to enhance innovation, deepened scientific research cooperation and strengthened academic exchanges. However, there are still challenges, including low-level repeated researches, lacking of high level talents and national platforms, and low academic influence. To inspire science and technology innovation in medical science, strategic plans including continuously increase of investment in research and development were proposed.
