供应链成员的跨组织即兴在合作创新中扮演重要角色。通过实证研究阐明了供应链网络惯例和网络权力对跨组织即兴的影响,并且考察了跨组织即兴在网络惯例、网络权力和供应链合作创新绩效之间的中介作用。结果表明：供应链网络惯例的规范共识维度对跨组织即兴和合作创新绩效具有倒U型影响,网络惯例的行为默契维度以及网络权力正向影响跨组织即兴和合作创新绩效；跨组织即兴在网络惯例和网络权力对供应链合作创新绩效的影响中发挥部分中介作用。研究为提升供应链企业合作创新绩效提供了指导。

Abstract:

s: The inter-organizational improvisation of supply chain members plays an important role in cooperative innovation. Through empirical research, it is clarified that the influence of supply chain network routines and network power on inter-organizational improvisation, meanwhile the mediating role of inter-organizational improvisation between network routines, network power and cooperative innovation performance of supply chain is examined. The results show that the specification consensus dimension of supply chain network routines has an inverted U-shaped impact on the inter-organizational improvisation and cooperative innovation peformance. The tacit understanding dimension of network routines and network power have positive impacts on the inter-organizational improvisation and cooperative innovation performance. Inter-organizational improvisation plays a part of medium role in the influence of network routines and network power on cooperative innovation performance of supply chain. The research provides guidance for improving firms’ cooperative innovation performance in the supply chain.
