工业互联网背景下制造业服务化模式创新影响因素及驱动机理:基于扎根理论的多案例研究

Influencing Factors and Driving Mechanism of Manufacturing Service Mode Innovation under the background of Industrial Internet: Multi-case Study based on Grounded Theory

摘要:

针对学术界缺乏对工业互联网背景下制造业服务化模式创新影响因素和驱动机理探究的现状,选取在工业互联网背景下实施制造业服务化的18个典型案例作为研究样本,采用扎根理论研究法展开质性研究。通过对案例进行开放式编码、主轴性编码以及选择性编码,共得到104个概念、20项主要影响因素,类属于5个主范畴,包括模式创新前期基础、模式创新外部环境、模式创新内在需求、平台支撑能力、服务化模式创新；构建了能反映影响因素对制造业服务化模式创新驱动机理的典范模型,并进行了理论阐释。

Abstract:

In view of the lack of academic research on the influencing factors and driving mechanism of manufacturing service mode innovation under the background of Industrial Internet, this paper selects 18 typical cases of manufacturing servitization under the background of Industrial Internet as research samples, and uses grounded theory research method to carry out qualitative research on the influencing factors and driving mechanism of service model innovation. Through open coding, principal axis coding and selective coding, 104 concepts and 20 main influencing factors are obtained, which belong to 5 main categories, including the early foundation of mode innovation, external environment of mode innovation, internal demand of mode innovation, platform support capability and service mode innovation. Besides, this paper constructs a typical model which can reflect the driving mechanism of influencing factors on the innovation of manufacturing servitization mode, and makes theoretical explanation.
