Abstract:Based on the current situation of industry-university-research cooperation innovation in high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, according to the functions and roles played by the main body of industry-university-research cooperation innovation, a two-stage evaluation index system of knowledge collaborative development and scientific and technological achievements transformation was constructed. The panel data of industry-university-research cooperation innovation in high-tech industries of 11 provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2019 were analyzed to evaluate the efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation innovation in high-tech industries of the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It shows that the overall innovation efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation in high-tech industries is relatively high during the investigation period in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. It also shows a trend of gradual rise, but has fluctuations. Innovation achievements need to be further consolidated. Among them, innovative technology is the main promoting factor; the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation stage is slightly higher than the knowledge collaborative development stage. Finally, combining with the research conclusions, put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Innovation subjects should play full advantages and strengthen the cooperation. Improve the innovation scale through rational allocation of innovation resources, and then improve the innovation laws and regulations, consolidate the results of cooperative innovation.
