Abstract:The high-quality development of manufacturing industry is the top priority of China's high-quality economic development. The evaluation of the high-quality development efficiency of regional manufacturing industry can quantitatively get the level of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in different regions and the influencing factors, which can provide decision-making reference for improving the high-quality development of regional manufacturing industry. This paper uses SBM and Three-stage DEA model to evaluate the high-quality development efficiency of manufacturing industry in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) of China; At the same time, the efficiency of Shaanxi Province is decomposed. The results show that: government support, informatization level, urbanization level and other industrial external environmental factors have a significant positive impact on the improvement of high-quality development efficiency of manufacturing industry; The pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province are still far behind the DEA relatively effective areas, and the low pure technical efficiency is the main constraint; In addition, the input redundancy rate of each input index and the output insufficient rate of each output index are also quite different.
