针对广东省能源发展及碳排放现状进行了分析,认为广东省低碳能源占比、能源效率及碳排放强度处于全国较优水平,但在碳中和目标下能源清洁低碳转型及能效提升仍然任重道远。全球主要发达国家均高度重视氢能开发利用,广东省在氢能利用方面一直走在全国前列。碳中和目标下,氢能将扮演重要角色,结合广东省产业特色及优势,建议采用可再生能源电力电解水制氢、工业副产氢提纯等方式解决氢源,并积极探索氢能在钢铁等高耗能工业行业、低碳交通、可再生能源消纳、天然气掺氢等多领域应用发展,帮助工业、交通等领域深度脱碳,助力碳中和目标实现。

An analysis on energy development and carbon emission status in Guangdong is completed in this paper. The analysis indicates that though proportion for low carbon energy, energy efficiency, and carbon emission intensity in Guangdong are taking the leading position among the country, the effort for transition to clean, low-carbon energy and improving energy efficiency under the carbon neutral target is still required. Major developed countries focus on the development and utilization of hydrogen energy, and Guangdong is at advanced level in utilization of hydrogen energy in China. To achieve ‘carbon neutral’ target, based on the characteristics and advantages of Guangdong industry, it is suggested to produce hydrogen by electrolysis of water using renewable electricity, industrial byproduct hydrogen purification and other methods. At the same time, explore the application and development of hydrogen energy in high-energy industries such as steel industry, low-carbon transportation, consumption of renewable energy, and hydrogen blending of natural gas areas to realize decarbonize, eventually reach carbon neutral.
