Abstract:Aiming at small and medium-sized enterprises, especially manufacturing enterprises with weak industrial foundation, in the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, they can quickly identify their own shortcomings and have targeted improvement needs. And the five dimensions of interconnection to build an evaluation model for the maturity of intelligent manufacturing capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises. The weight of evaluation indicators is determined through expert questionnaires and AHP, and the model is verified by combining actual cases. The results show that the comprehensive score of intelligent manufacturing of the case enterprise is 1.812 points, and the maturity level of intelligent manufacturing capability is level 2. It is in the early stage of Industry 2.0 and does not yet have the conditions for digital and intelligent development. It is necessary to further increase the focus on lean and automation. cast. It can be seen that the development of lean and automation is still the focus of enterprise development and the direction of improvement to a higher level. It proves that for small and medium-sized enterprises, lean is the first step towards intelligent manufacturing.
