Abstract:The performance evaluation of the transformation of sci-tech achievements in colleges and universities is of great significance to deepen the reform of sci-tech system in high-level science and engineering colleges and universities, and to promote the construction of a technology innovation system that integrates production, education and research in colleges and universities. In this paper, to solve the problem of performance evaluation of sci-tech achievement transformation in high-level science and engineering universities, we designed a three stage index system which contains 21 indexes. Based on the Collective Correlation Coefficient, we figure out the relationship between the indexes and sci-tech achievement transformation. combining with Comprehensive Index Method and using the weight of each index, a new performance evaluation index system of sci-tech achievement transformation in high-level science and engineering colleges and universities was constructed. On this basis, this paper has conducted an empirical analysis and verification on the transformation performance of sci-tech achievements of some domestic high-level science and engineering colleges and universities. Based on the analysis results, several suggestions for promoting the transformation of sci-tech achievements in high-level science and engineering colleges and universities have been put forward, which have provided certain reference and guidance for the transformation of sci-tech achievements in high-level science and engineering colleges and universities.
