文化资本视域下海外高层次人才参与高校创新创业教育的现状及对策——以G大学为例

The Status quo and Countermeasure of Overseas High-level Talents Participating the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in College from the Perspective of Cultural Capital—Taking G University as An Example

摘要:

厘清海外高层次人才参与高校创新创业教育的现状有助于加强我国创新创业管理的案例储备与支援体系。本文采用访谈法来对G大学该个案进行分析,研究发现：学术地位的维护与助推学生成长成才是海外高层次人才将文化资本投入创新创业教育的双重动机,而高校学工部门所提供的经费、场地与信息成为其文化资本在创新创业教育场域再生产的重要机制。从实践来看,海外高层次人才的文化资本成为提升高校创新创业教育绩效的关键因素；然而,当前高校绩效为导向的政策支持体系与低下的科技管理效能,抑制了高层次人才运用文化资本的能动性及其在创新创业教育成果转化速率。据此,未来高校应当建构以过程导向的政策支持体系,并通过改进科技管理效能来进一步发挥高层次人才在助推创新创业教育绩效的角色作用。

Abstract:

To clarify the current situation of overseas high-level talents participating in innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students is helpful to strengthen the case reserve and support system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China. This paper uses interview method to analyze the case of G University, and finds that the maintenance of academic status and the promotion of students’ growth are the dual motivations for overseas high-level talents to invest cultural capital in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the funds, venues and information provided by the academic departments of colleges become an important mechanism for the reproduction of cultural capital in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
