Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing core patent identification methods in index selection and weight determination, this paper puts forward an effective core patent identification method, which based on Bradford law and the grey fuzzy theory. Firstly, in order to understand the development status of corresponding technologies, we can realize it through the analysis of technology application area, main IPC analysis, main research institutions and 3D patent analysis. Secondly, Bradford law is used to determine the number of core patents, and from the perspectives of technology, law, market, construct an indicator system. Use grey fuzzy theory to score and rank in order to determine the initial core patent set. Finally, the standard patent set sequence is constructed, and the grey correlation analysis is used to screen in initial core patent set to determine the core patent set. Through the identification of the core patent about the pipeline inspection robot, it feasibility was verified.
