Abstract:In order to provide development enlightenment to the field of "bottleneck", use information science methods to carry out data mining and analysis of scientific research output and establish an information science research model for "bottleneck" problems. The model adopts bibliometrics and knowledge graph methods, and analyzes the characteristics of SCIE literature such as the amount of published articles, subject ranking, clustering and density, and the development characteristics of scientific research output time series, scientific research status, institutional cooperation, and domain technology. Mapping and association are carried out to summarize the "four-way" enlightenment of the overall development direction of the "bottleneck" field, future trends, competition and cooperation tendencies, and technological layout orientation. Research on models applied in the field of lithography shows that China should focus on basic research and application development in this field, and focus on domestic cooperation to form a joint force of government, industry, academia, and research at the macro, meso, and micro levels. At the same time, we will seize the opportunity of technological transformation and keenly capture technological innovations in order to make arrangements in advance.
