绿色生态在“十八大”中被写入党章使得环保概念的普及和行业建设达到了一个新高度，环保产业升级是经济转型的重要驱动，其严格性、长期性趋势已初步形成，具有巨大的市场空间。值得重视的是环保产业的发展既要结合经济历程也要契合阶段性矛盾，过去面对的是环保基础设施不健全、污染源头控制不及时等难题，随着经济总量增长和时间的推进，雾霾、土壤污染、黑臭水体等新情况也在持续显现，未来全社会将面临的是区域总体污染排放量超出有限的环境容量以及单一治理和行政监管手段难以取得持续性效果等问题。本文在此基础上以环保产业链的发展现状为研究依据，对环境监测、固废分类、废水处理、土壤修复等重点子行业加以分析，以期从商业模式、市场格局、环境服务等综合性视角为整个产业发展提供有价值的借鉴与思考。

On this basis, this paper takes the development of the environmental protection industry chain as the research basis, and focuses on the analysis of environmental monitoring, solid waste classification, wastewater treatment, soil remediation and other sub-sectors, with a view to comprehensive perspectives such as business models, market patterns, and environmental services.
