将科技创新过程分为技术创新和经济产出两个阶段,运用超效率DEA模型测度长江经济带沿线省市科技创新两阶段的效率水平并在此基础上采用面板随机Tobit模型分析创新效率的影响因素。研究结果表明:①长江经济带科技创新效率总体上有所提升,但各省市之间技术创新效率和经济产出效率存在地区差异,整体呈现“东西高,中部低”的空间格局,区域间差异随时间演进逐渐减少。②政府支持、人力资本水平对技术创新效率呈显著正向影响,对经济产出效率影响不显著;地区开放程度、产业现代化程度对技术创新效率影响不显著,地区开放程度对经济产出效率有显著正向影响、产业现代化程度对经济产出效率有显著负面影响;城镇化水平、基础设施水平对技术创新效率有显著负面影响,对经济产出效率影响不显著。

Divides the process of technology innovation into two stages: technological innovation and economic output. Technology innovation efficiency of each province along the Yangtze River Economic Belt was estimated based on the model of SE-DEA and panel Tobit model was used to explore the influencing factors. The result shows that:①As a whole, the technology innovation efficiency of provinces along the Yangtze River Economic Belt was continuously improved, but the efficiencies of technology innovation and economic output in regions are different. As a whole, the spatial pattern of "high east and west, low central" was presented, and the regional differences gradually narrowed over time. ②The result of Tobit regression shows that government support and human capital have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of technological innovation, but have no significant impact on the efficiency of economic output; regional openness and industrial modernization have no significant impact on the efficiency of technological innovation. Regional openness has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of economic output, while industrial modernization has a significant negative impact on the efficiency of economic output; Urbanization level and infrastructure level have significant negative impact on the efficiency of technological innovation, but have no significant impact on the efficiency of economic output.
