Abstract:Team psychological?capital are becoming their important as a new research field of positive organizational behavior, and a new direction of research in the interdisciplinary studies in pedagogy,psychology and management as well. This study is based on empirical analysis,we found that team psychological capital of universities’ major R&D project involves the following four dimensions: team confidence, team hope, team resilience and team mission; Moreover, we also found team psychological capital of universities’ major R&D projects with high score have high levels, and established above 6 years have higher levels than below 5 years on team psychological capital of universities’ major R&D projects, and relying on universities have higher levels than relying on research institutes on team psychological capital, and unfinished projects have higher levels than completed project on team psychological capital. The above indicates that it is necessary to focus on the construction of teams in universities’ major R&D projects with different features, years of formation and types.
