Abstract:This paper discusses how to activate the green entrepreneurship of agricultural enterprises to solve the increasingly embarrassing environmental problems, taking 207 agricultural enterprises in China as case samples. On the basis of set theory, this paper analyzes the multiple causal mechanisms of the formation of green entrepreneurial orientation by four conditional factors, such as government environmental regulation, market pressure, managers' environmental cognition and green values, from the environmental and organizational levels by using the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The results show that lack of market pressure is a necessary condition for non-high green entrepreneurial orientation, the driving mechanism of high green entrepreneurial orientation is divided into three paths, the driving mechanism of non-high green entrepreneurial orientation is divided into two paths, and it has an asymmetric relationship with the driving mechanism of high green entrepreneurial orientation. Conclusion the enlightenment of this study to the practice of promoting green entrepreneurship in agricultural enterprises includes: the government must further publicize policies, the enterprises should introduce managers with green entrepreneurial vision, and the schools should also strengthen the education of students' ecological civilization awareness and cultivate their sense of social responsibility; Grasp the key core elements in promoting green entrepreneurial orientation; Enterprise managers should choose the right direction to promote green entrepreneurship according to internal values and culture, external laws and regulations and market competition.
