双“四极”推广：农业科研院所科技推广服务新模式——以北京市农林科学院为例

Double “Four Pole” Extension: a New Model of Science and Technology Extension Service in Agricultural Research Institutes--Taking Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an Example

农业科研院所是新时期我国农业科技推广“多元主体”的一支重要力量。立足农业推广的知识与信息系统理论,结合北京市农业现状,北京市农林科学院近年实践形成了以“市院、院区(县)、院镇、院企(基地)”四极对接和“综合服务试验站、专家工作站、科技小院、示范基地”四极服务为核心内容的双“四极”科技推广服务模式,开拓了农业科研院所科技成果进村入户的便捷通道,为新时期推进农业科研院所科技推广工作提供了经验和启示。

Abstract:

The agricultural research institute is an important force of "multi-subject" in agricultural science and technology extension in the new era. Based on the knowledge and information system theory of agricultural extension, combined with the current situation of agriculture in Beijing, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences has formed a double "Four Pole" science and technology extension service mode with the four pole docking of "the municipality and the academy, the academy and the districts, the academy and the towns, and the academy and the enterprises (bases)" ,also with the four pole service of "comprehensive service experimental station, expert workstation, science and technology backyard, demonstration base" as the core content. It has opened up a convenient channel for scientific and technological achievements of agricultural research institutes to enter the villages and households, and provided experience and enlightenment for promoting the scientific and technological popularization of agricultural research institutes in the new period.
