Abstract:Based on "Technology-Organization-Environment" theoretical framework, Build a model of driving factors for digital transformation of advanced manufacturing, taking 27 of China’s advanced manufacturing enterprises as cases, and using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) to analysis the data. The study found that there are four main configuration paths for the digital transformation of advanced manufacturing, which are technology-organization-oriented, technology-organization-environmental collaboration-oriented, technology-organization-oriented environment collaboration, and organization-environment-oriented. On this basis, the similarities and differences between the paths are compared and analyzed, and it is found that there are overlapping paths between the configured paths and potential substitution effects between certain elements.
