Abstract:With the opening of Chinese national translational medicine major scientific and technological infrastructure, how to revitalize the existing resources of translational medicine centers is of great significance to accelerating the process of medical research. The research system combed through the development history and project status of the European Infrastructure for Translational Medicine (EATRIS), and found that EATRIS was based on 113 translational medicine research institutions, established a coordination office and a scientific advisory committee, and established a project-centric translational medicine system. Coordinate scientific research support resources, and have accumulated rich experience in patient education, public-private cooperation, and biological database construction. Based on the rapid growth of Chinese National Clinical Medicine Research Center, but lack of top-level coordination, support for fragmentation and collaboration, and low infrastructure utilization, the study proposes to build an overall management platform based on the national translational medicine infrastructure, and establish a special development fund. The development suggestions aimed at promoting the realization of patients' clinical value provide empirical reference for the efficient operation of the China Translational Medicine Center.
