本文以知识产权保护为视角，阐释了离岸服务外包产业升级的复杂非线性演化理论机制。本文运用OLS回归和固定效应回归，基于27个服务外包示范城市的面板数据进行实证检验，研究知识产权保护对离岸服务外包产业升级的影响，结果表明: 知识产权保护的增强能够显著促进我国离岸服务外包产业的升级，对Ⅱ类服务外包示范城市离岸服务外包产业升级的影响大于I类城市；知识产权保护对离岸服务外包产业升级的影响呈现先扬后抑的“倒U型”；我国服务外包示范城市知识产权保护的平均实际强度低于知识产权保护的“最适强度”。本文的研究从知识产权保护的视角为新常态下我国离岸服务外包产业的转型升级提供了新的方向。

From the perspective of intellectual property protection, this paper explains the complex nonlinear evolution theory mechanism of offshore service outsourcing industry upgrading.
