产学研协同、知识吸收能力与企业创新绩效

Industry-university-research collaboration, knowledge absorptive capacity and enterprise innovation performance

摘要:

作为外部机制的产学研协同与作为内部机理的知识吸收能力对企业创新绩效的作用机制和边界条件研究甚少。本文通过问卷调查获得325个一手有效数据进行实证研究,研究结论印证了研究假设,结论表明环境动荡性、战略一致性和结构正式化正向调节了产学研协同与知识吸收能力之间的关系,知识吸收能力在产学研协同与创新绩效之间起到中介作用。研究成果丰富了“产学研深度融合”政策的研究文献,打开了产学研协同与企业知识吸收能力对企业创新绩效之间作用机理的“黑箱”,推动企业大力实施产学研协同与促进知识吸收能力提供了实践启示和对策建议。

Abstract:

Little research has been done on the mechanism and boundary conditions of the interaction between industry, university and research institute as an external mechanism and the absorptive capacity of knowledge as an internal mechanism. This paper obtains 325 first-hand valid data through questionnaire survey to carry on the empirical research, the research conclusion has confirmed the research hypothesis, the conclusion shows that environmental turbulence, strategic consistency and structural formalization positively regulate the relationship between the cooperation of industry, university and research and the ability of knowledge absorption, which plays an intermediary role between the cooperation of industry, university and research and innovation performance. The research results have enriched the research literature on the spirit of "Deep integration of industry, university and research" , and opened the "black box" of the mechanism between the cooperation of industry, university and research and the absorptive capacity of enterprise knowledge on enterprise innovation performance, it provides practical enlightenment and countermeasures to promote enterprises to carry out the cooperation of industry, university and research and to promote the ability of absorbing knowledge.
