我国主要城市文化产业创新发展比较分析

Comparative analysis on innovative development of cultural industry in major cities of China

摘要:

从创新环境、创新资源、创新能力和公共基础4个维度构建中国城市文化产业创新发展评价指标体系，对20个主要城市2015－2019年文化产业创新发展综合指数的动态特征分析发现：城市文化产业创新发展综合指数在整体上呈现出逐渐增长且波动增长态势，大部分城市综合指数的排名变动相对不是很大，但各城市综合指数变异系数差异较大。提出从培育文创品牌、增强民间投资活力、梳理文化资源以及构建文化产业创新发展体系等方面进一步推动主要城市文化产业创新发展。

Abstract:

This paper constructs the evaluation system of the innovation development index of Chinese urban cultural industries from four dimensions of innovation environment, innovation resources, innovation ability and public foundation. Based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the comprehensive index of cultural industry innovation and development of the 20 major cities from 2015 to 2019, we find that the comprehensive index of innovation and development of urban cultural industry shows a trend of gradual growth and fluctuating growth as a whole, and the ranking change of the composite index of most cities is relatively small. However, the coefficient of variation of the comprehensive index of each city is quite different. In order to further promote the innovation and development of cultural industries in major cities, we suggest to cultivate cultural and creative brands, enhance the vitality of private investment, sort out cultural resources , construct the innovation and development system of cultural industries and etc.
