基于数据资源作为独立要素视角，提出数据驱动平台商业模式创新的基础要素维度要从二维（业务与主体）拓展到三维（数据、主体和业务），分析认为：（1）数据资源对传统资源要素的重构包括业务重构型、主体重构型和主体和业务融合重构型三种组合类型；（2）数据驱动平台商业模式创新有三条实现路径，从供应端重构实现价值主张推动式创新、从需求端重构实现价值使用拉动式创新、供应端和需求端互动重构则实现推拉结合互动式创新。

As a new innovation element, data resource is profoundly influencing and reconstructing the platform business model, but theoretical research lags behind the innovative practice of the current data-driven platform business model. This paper proposes that the basic element dimension of data-driven platform business model innovation should be expanded from two-dimensional (business and subject) to three-dimensional (data, subject and business), based on the perspective of data resources as independent elements. Our results show that:(1) The reconstruction of traditional resource elements by data resources includes three combination types: business reconstruction, actor reconstruction and the integration reconstruction of actor and business;(2) There are three realization paths for data-driven platform business model innovation: reconstructing from the supply side to achieve value proposition push innovation, reconstructing from the demand side to achieve value use pull innovation, and the combination of push and pull interactive innovation is realized by the interactive reconstruction of the supply side and demand side. To sum up, this paper constructs the logical analysis framework of business model innovation of data reconstruction platform. Our research work further expands and deepens the theoretical system of data-driven platform business model innovation.
