Abstract:Facing the situation at home and abroad, digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for high-quality development of enterprises. In order to correctly evaluate the ability level of digital transformation of construction enterprises, this paper establishes a set of AHP evaluation system for digital transformation of construction enterprises. Based on yaAHP software, Delphi method and nine-level scale method, the weight distribution value of evaluation index of construction enterprise digital transformation is calculated, and the total score formula of evaluation of construction enterprise digital transformation is deduced by weighted accumulation, which is proved to be in line with the actual situation of the enterprise through the evaluation practice of three different types of construction enterprises. The method and theory studied in this paper has the advantages of reasonable weight distribution, simple adjustment and calculation, suitable for self-evaluation and comparative evaluation of several enterprises at the same level, and reliable evaluation results, which can be used for reference and guidance for construction enterprises in transition.
