在强调经济高质量发展和企业软实力竞争的时代，绿色技术创新成为了初创企业打开市场、抢占竞争力的重要途径。本文利用中国创业板企业2009-2019年的面板数据，将绿色技术创新分为两个维度深入探究激进式绿色技术创新、渐进式绿色技术创新对企业成长的作用机理及组织冗余的调节作用。研究发现，激进式绿色技术创新对企业成长的正向影响比渐进式绿色技术创新更为显著；此外，组织的冗余资源强化了激进式绿色技术创新与企业成长之间的正相关关系。本文将绿色技术创新进一步分类，进一步完善了绿色技术创新与企业成长之间关系的理论框架，丰富了技术创新领域的研究成果，为初创企业更好地进行绿色技术创新资源分配提供了理论支持。

in the era of emphasizing high-quality economic development and soft power competition of enterprises, green technology innovation has become an important way for start-ups to open the market and seize the competitiveness. Based on the panel data of China's gem enterprises from 2009 to 2019, this paper divides green technology innovation into two dimensions, and deeply explores the mechanism of radical green technology innovation and incremental green technology innovation on enterprise growth and the regulatory role of organizational slack. It is found that the positive impact of radical green technology innovation on enterprise growth is more significant than that of incremental green technology innovation; In addition, the organization's redundant resources strengthen the positive correlation between radical green technology innovation and enterprise growth. This paper further classifies green technological innovation, further improves the theoretical framework of the relationship between green technological innovation and enterprise growth, enriches the research results in the field of technological innovation, and provides theoretical support for start-ups to better allocate green technological innovation resources.
