地方高校与企业合作创新发展的实证研究——以CZ大学为例

新发展格局下企业对人才培养提出了新的需求，深入研究高校与企业合作的多方协同育人载体，应成为高校全方位服务产业需求、支撑区域产业转型升级的利器。针对当前高校产教对接中存在的问题，以CZ大学为例就地方高校与企业合作创新发展展开实证分析，探索设计一个由“政府引导，行业组织催化，企业与高校双向对接服务”的校企合作创新发展的共同体，提出基于校企合作创新发展的产教相互服务应用的建议。通过政府调控，最终促成校企合作共同体下产教双方自组织服务对方，营造出适宜合作萌芽和生长的良性生态环境。

Abstract:

Under the new development pattern, enterprises have put forward new demands for talent training. In-depth study of the multi-party collaborative education carrier for the cooperation between universities and enterprises should become a weapon for universities to fully serve the needs of the industry and support the transformation and upgrading of regional industries. In view of the current problems in the docking of production and education in colleges and universities, take CZ University as an example to carry out empirical research on the cooperative innovation and development of local colleges and enterprises, and explore the design of a school-enterprise that is guided by the government, catalyzed by industry organizations, and two-way docking services between enterprises and universities. The community of cooperative innovation and development puts forward suggestions on the application of mutual service between industry and education based on the innovation and development of school-enterprise cooperation. Through government regulation, the school-enterprise cooperation community will eventually promote the self-organization of production and education under the school-enterprise cooperation community to serve each other, creating a benign ecological environment suitable for the germination and growth of cooperation.
