结合知识基础观和吸收能力理论,探讨了关系学习如何通过知识探索影响企业的产品创新性,以及潜在吸收能力和实际吸收能力对上述关系的调节效应。基于312家企业的调研数据,综合运用层级回归和Bootstrapping等综合分析方法对研究假设进行检验。实证结果表明,关系学习通过知识探索影响企业的新产品创新性。此外,潜在吸收能力能强化关系学习与知识探索间的正向关系,而实际吸收能力能增强知识探索对产品创新性的正向作用。

Drawing on the theory of knowledge based view and absorptive capacity theory, discussed how relationship learning influences product innovativeness through knowledge exploration, and the moderating effect of potential and realized absorptive capacity on the above relationship. An empirical research is conducted by using the data collected from 312 firms’ in mainland China based on stepwise hierarchical regression and bootstrapping method to test the model. The results show that: relationship learning is positively associated with product innovativeness. Knowledge exploration mediated the relationship between relationship learning and product innovativeness. Potential absorptive capacity moderated the relationship between relationship learning and knowledge exploration, while realized absorptive capacity moderated the relationship between knowledge exploration and product innovativeness.
