Abstract:Based on the theory of differential order pattern, this paper analyzes 353 employee and explores the influence mechanism and boundary conditions of the perception of differential order atmosphere on employee innovation performance. The research results show that the three dimensions of differential atmosphere perception—mutual dependence, partial treatment, and trusted role have a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance; individual learning has a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance. Individual learning plays a part of the intermediary role in the influence of mutual dependence, partial treatment and trusted role on employee innovation performance; tacit knowledge sharing positively regulates the relationship between partial treatment and employee innovation performance,while has no significant moderating effect in the influence of mutual dependence and trusted role on employee innovation performance.
