Abstract:Explore the path to improve the degree of enterprise technology integration, soas to provide reference for enterprises to timely adjust their technological innovation strategy and improve their innovation ability. Select 20 AI enterprises with strong comprehensive strength in China from 2016 to 2019 as the research object, and use the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the six influencing factors on?the?degree?of?enterprise?technology?integration?under?the framework of? “technology-organization-environment (TOE)”, including the proportion of independent invention patents, the total number of patents, the breadth of R&D cooperation, the depth of R&D cooperation, the width of organizational knowledge and the regional economic extroversion, so as to study the improvement path of the degree of enterprise technology integration. It is found that the improvement of technology integration does not depend on a single influencing factor, and the synergy of different influencing factors has an obvious improvement effect; There are two key paths of high technology integration output: independent innovation oriented and knowledge sharing oriented. The proportion of independent invention patents and the width of organizational knowledge are the core elements of the two paths respectively. The total number of patents, the breadth of R & D cooperation, the depth of R & D cooperation and economic extroversion play a certain role in promoting the degree of enterprise technology integration. Therefore, independent innovation is the permanent way for enterprises to achieve a high degree of technological integration. At the same time, enterprises should strengthen innovation cooperation with universities and scientific research institutions, and a good innovation environment is the basis for promoting the degree of technology integration of enterprises.
