摘要:

后疫情时代如何构建良好的中国创业生态系统成为社会各界关注的重要问题。本文基于全球创业观察(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor)报告分析,认为后疫情时代我国创业生态系统呈现出波动周期长、恢复速度快等特点。新时代政商关系为生态系统数字化奠定坚实基础,此次疫情为企业数字化转型提供特殊契机。政府主体要借力数字新技术,树立数字化转型标杆；尊重知识产权,构建知识产权转化应用的创新体系；发挥数字经济人才优势,推动生态系统数字化转型。

Abstract:

In the post-epidemic era, how to build a good China"s entrepreneurial ecosystem has become an important issue of concern from all walks of life. In the post-epidemic era, China"s entrepreneurial ecosystem is characterized by long fluctuation cycle and fast recovery speed. In the relationship between government and business, the new era has laid a solid foundation for the digitalization of the ecosystem, and the epidemic provides special opportunities for the digital transformation of enterprises. Therefore, the government subjects should take advantage of new digital technology to set a benchmark for digital transformation; respect intellectual property rights to build an innovation system for the transformation and application of intellectual property rights; give full play to the advantages of digital economy talents to promote the digital transformation of the ecosystem.
