摘要:

高效精准的科技管理决策对高校的科技创新的发展有很大的促进作用。随着信息技术飞速发展，如何挖掘沉睡在高校科技管理中的大数据，为科技管理的决策提供更加高效精准的决策，是当前高校科技管理所面临的难题。本文通过分析大科技管理决策中大数据特征、要素和决策的关键环节，研究大数据驱动的科技管理决策模型和特点，最终提出大数据驱动科技管理决策的模型结构，并给出相应的建议。

Abstract:

Efficient and accurate science and technology management decisions play a great role in promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation in Colleges and universities. With the rapid development of information technology, how to mine the big data sleeping in University Science and technology management and provide more efficient and accurate decisions for science and technology management is a difficult problem faced by University Science and technology management. By analyzing the characteristics, elements and key links of big data in big science and technology management decision-making, this paper studies the model and characteristics of big data-driven science and technology management decision-making, finally puts forward the model structure of big data-driven science and technology management decision-making, and gives corresponding suggestions.
