供给侧改革视域下高校创新创业型人才培养的路径研究

本文基于供给侧结构性改革的视域重新审视高校创新创业型人才的培养，力图为我国经济高质量发展和创新型发展战略提供新的视角。研究发现，当供给侧结构性改革在经济领域逐渐展开并发挥作用时，势必联动高校创新创业型人才的培养和发展。当前高校创新创业型人才培养存在着供给侧的结构性矛盾、要素供给与培养需求的错位发展以及制度供给与大学生需求之间存有落差等方面的内在张力。通过高校创新创业型人才培养结构的协同供给、要素配置的补强升级、制度供给的合理优化，从而实现对高校创新创业型人才培养困境的有效治理，为我国经济的高质量发展提供重要的人才智力支撑。
