国外重要科学资助机构年度报告比较研究

A comparative study on the annual reports of major funding institutions at home and abroad

摘要:

当前,科学技术水平是衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标准,而科学基金对于基础科学研究的资助是提高科学技术水平的重要基础。科学基金管理机构的年度报告具有回应公共问责、反映基金资助绩效、为决策层提供决策支撑等重要功能。本文通过对比国外重要科学资助机构的年度报告,深入剖析其年度报告的定位、内容结构、特点,为进一步优化我国科学基金年度报告提供重要依据。

Abstract:

At present, the level of science and technology is an important standard to measure a country"s comprehensive national strength, and the funding of science foundation for basic scientific research is an important basis to improve the level of science and technology. The annual report of management organization of science fund has important functions, such as responding to public accountability, reflecting the performance of funding, and providing decision-make support for decision-makers. By comparing the annual reports of important foreign science funds, this paper deeply analyzes the positioning, content structure, and characteristics of the annual reports, and provides an important basis for further optimizing the annual reports of China’s science funds.
