Abstract:To explore and test the internal mechanism and boundary conditions of the family supportive supervisor behaviors on the self-realization needs of technological talents, as well as the relationship between the relevant mediating and moderating mechanisms. From the perspective of resource conservation theory and resource-enhancement-development theory, based on 549 empirical survey data from employees of high-tech enterprises, taking family supportive supervisor behaviors and work-family culture as the starting point of individual thriving, and taking thriving at work as the link formed by the prosperous life of the individual, an empirical study is conducted on the formation mechanism of individual thriving in the technological talents’ work-family relationship. The results show that both family supportive supervisor behaviors and work-family culture have positive effects on individual thriving; thriving at work plays a partial mediating role and work-family culture plays a moderating role. Based on the research results, putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of paying attention to the employees' family needs, creating a family friendly working environment and cultivating work initiative, so as to promote the sustainable competitiveness of technological talents and improve the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.
