继2020年全球新冠病毒疫情的爆发以及中国政府提出发展“双循环”经济的国内外形势下,关注中国跨国研发中心逆向技术流动影响因素,对助力企业实现高质量“走出去”提升国家创新能力有重要意义。在已有文献基础上,突破以往更偏重对实施主体和客体特点的关注,基于知识转移理论,剖析逆向技术流动的过程,构建逆向技术流动过程四纬度因素与二阶段绩效的理论研究模型,然后以中国跨国研发中心为样本,使用PLS模型进行实证研究。按四维度因素对二阶段绩效的影响程度由高到低,初阶段依次受流动渠道、流动情境、动力和技术的影响,终阶段依次受流动渠道、技术、动力的影响,流动情境对终阶段的负向影响不显著。在实践中,跨国公司应对二阶段给予不同的资源关注和配置。

Following the outbreak of the global COVID-19 in 2020 and the strategy of Chinese Dual Circulation Economy, focusing on reverse technology flow of China"s transnational R D centers would help companies achieve high-quality "going out" and promote national innovation capabilities. Based on literatures review, the article breaks through the previous perspective on the characteristics of the participants, we analyzes the process of reverse technology flow, and uses 89 Chinese transnational R D centers as samples to empirically study the impact of factors on initial and final phase of reverse technology flow. According to the influence of the four-dimensional factors from high to low, the initial phase is affected by the flow channel, flow situation, power and technology, while the final phase is affected by the flow channel, technology, and power, there is no obvious negative impact of flow context on the final phase. In practice, multinational corporations should pay different attention to the two phases’ resources.
