数字技术的蓬勃发展与应用掀起了新一轮全球化大变革的浪潮，技术可供性为有效阐释数字技术呈现的新内涵及其影响提供了重要的研究视角，引发了学界的极大关注。通过系统性文献综述方法，全面梳理和探索技术可供性的知识结构。首先，对技术可供性的概念进行辨析和界定；其次，通过分析技术可供性的维度、影响因素、实现过程和结果四个模块，按照情境—机制—结果的逻辑构建技术可供性的理论框架；最后，从互动、内容、实现和研究方法四个方面提出未来展望。以期拓展技术可供性领域的相关研究，特别是数字技术的研究，将推动数字技术的扩散应用、组织管理的顶层设计和数字经济的健康发展。

Abstract:

The vigorous development and application of digital technology has set off a new wave of globalization. The technology affordance has provided an important research perspective for effectively interpreting the new connotation and impact of digital technology, which has attracted great attention and hot discussion from the academic community. Through systematic literature review methods, comprehensively sort out and explore the knowledge structure of technology affordance. First, analyze the concept of technology affordance. Secondly, by analyzing technology affordance’s four parts of dimensions, influencing factors, realization process and results, construct the theoretical framework of technology affordance in accordance with the logic of context-mechanism-results. Finally, the future prospects are put forward from the four aspects of interaction, content, realization and research methods. In order to expand the related research in the field of technology affordance, especially the research on digital technology, to promote the diffusion and application of digital technology, the top-level design of organizational management and the healthy development of the digital economy.
