双因素视角下的企业基础研究行为模型与作用路径：一个基于扎根理论的研究

A two-factor based perspective on enterprise basic research’s behavior model and function paths: a grounded theory investigation

加强企业基础研究已成为我国建设创新型国家的重要问题。本文以典型创新企业的深度访谈为基础,采用扎根理论提炼出国家政策支持、产业环境推动等主范畴,构建企业基础研究行为模型,并应用双因素理论进行了理论诠释。分析发现：企业财务状况、研发基础属于保健因素；产业环境、技术环境、一流企业愿景、企业社会责任属于激励因素；国家政策支持既是保健因素又是激励因素。然后,基于“外因—内因—行为”分析范式,提出了外部因素中的国家政策支持影响企业内部保健因素,以及国家政策支持、产业环境、技术环境影响企业内部激励因素的企业基础研究行为的双重作用路径。最后,基于上述研究结论提出了相应的政策建议。

Abstract:

Strengthening the basic research of enterprises has become an important issue in building an innovative country in China. Based on the in-depth interviews of typical innovative enterprises, this paper uses grounded theory to extract the main categories of national policy support and industrial environment promotion, constructs the behavior model of enterprise basic research, and makes a theoretical interpretation by applying the two-factor theory. The results show that: enterprise finance and R D foundation are hygiene factors; industrial environment, technological environment, first-class enterprise vision and corporate social responsibility are motivation factors; national policy support is both hygiene factor and motivation factor. Then, using the analysis paradigm of "external cause-internal cause-behavior", this paper puts forward the dual paths to influence enterprise basic research: national policy support influencing internal hygiene factors; and national policy support, industrial environment as well as technological environment influencing internal motivation factors. Finally, we put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
