Abstract:Under the background of in-depth implementation of the strategy of driving development by innovation, the development of new products by technology-based enterprises has become a hot spot in the academic circle and the industry. Based on dynamic capability theory, this study combines the methods of NCA (necessary condition analysis) and SEM (structural equation modeling) to analyze the necessity and sufficiency of organizational learning, coordination integration capabilities, restructuring transformation capabilities and environmental uncertainty on new product development advantages, and explore the complex process of how Chinese technological enterprises to realize new product development advantages.The research found that: organizational learning and coordination integration capabilities are necessary conditions for new product development advantages;organizational learning positively affects new product development advantages;coordination integration capabilities and restructuring transformation capabilities respectively play a part of the mediating role between organizational learning and new product development advantages,and both play a chain mediation role;environmental uncertainty are positively moderate the relationship of “organizational learning - new product development advantages” and “restructuring transformation capabilities - new product development advantages”. The research conclusions provide new insights for the academic dialogue of “dynamic capabilities and competitive advantages”, and at the same time contribute to the research on the formation mechanism of new product development advantages.
