Abstract:Abstract: This paper research the matching development level and function type of SME system in Hebei Province are studied under the same analysis framework of high-end service industry (s), advanced manufacturing industry (m) and ecological environment (E), so as to provide theoretical support and practical basis for industrial structure transformation for harmonious symbiosis and green development in Hebei Province. The SME system is regarded as a symbiotic system and the matching theory is introduced, the SME system matching development evaluation index system is constructed based on the connotation of industrial matching and the Lotka Volterra model is constructed to measure the SME system matching development level in Hebei Province from 2006 to 2019, and the interactive matching relationship of the three subsystems is analyzed. The results show that the comprehensive utility function of SME system in Hebei Province has increased year by year from 2006 to 2019, from antagonistic matching stage to high matching stage, and the dynamic matching degree has changed from weak to strong, showing a good development trend; The two systems are mutually beneficial and symbiotic, supporting and promoting each other. It is proposed that the comprehensive development level of SME system in Hebei Province still has great room for improvement. Hebei Province should combine the coordinated development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, identify the core elements to promote the overall matching development of the system, explore the industrial matching mode suitable for the province, and realize the coordinated development of various subsystems.
