文章立足中国地域大国国情及内循环视域下高技术产业区域协同发展和建设交通强国的战略要求,选择杜宾模型实证研究铁路、公路、航空三类交通方式对高技术产业集聚的空间溢出效应及实现路径。结论表明:高技术产业集聚水平存在显著的空间依赖性,相邻省域高技术产业集聚存在正向溢出;三种交通方式对高技术产业空间集聚均有显著正向溢出效应;不同交通方式对高技术产业溢出效应的实现路径存在差异。据此提出相应对策建议。

Based on the national conditions of Large geographical population and the strategic requirements for the coordinated development of high-tech industry among regions under the internal economic cycle, this paper chooses the Dubin model to measure the spillover effects of railway, highway, and aviation on high-tech industry agglomeration and its path realization logic. The conclusion shows that: the development level of high-tech industry agglomeration has significant spatial dependence, and there is a positive spillover effect on the high-tech industry agglomeration development of neighboring provinces; the three transportation have significant positive spillover effects on the high-tech industry agglomeration; different transportation have different paths to realize the spillover effect on high-tech industries. Accordingly, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
